Our Approach

Robert began his mission to serve the elderly from a very young age.  Robert interned at the Elder Law Clinic in the San Francisco Bay Area while pursuing his Juris Doctorate.  While a Partner at Diamond Baker Mitchell (DBM), a law firm with over 100 years of combined experience in plaintiff personal injury, insurance defense, and business litigation, Robert was able to grow and build on his passion for Elder Rights through Litigation. Robert maintains close relationships with DBM founder, Craig Diamond, for whom Robert has the utmost respect.  While at Diamond Baker Mitchell, Robert developed a plaintiff's cause of action for Elder Abuse and Neglect, which became a very successful product and practice modality.  The newest iteration of that product is "Elder Law Hawk," a 100% fighter for residents in residential and skilled nursing care facilities who suffer injury, humiliation, neglect, and any other injustices.  Robert's experience with people from all walks of life, galvanized through his time working in government, culminated a wholistic approach for those who have, or currently suffer from the wrongful acts of elder care facilities and their staff.
